How to downgrade iball compbook excelence Laptop to its earlier version

        After upgrading the iball compbook excelence Laptop to the Windows 10 new version it showing several issues like Audio Problem ,Camera Problem, Battery indicator Problem, SD Card not displaying etc. These problemes are due to the not available of Updated drivers or the Drivers are not Installing properly during the Upgrading period.

Basically this problem is happen when you upgrade your iball compbook excellence Laptop by Microsoft Media creation tool-­­­­­­­­­­­

Now the main probleme is you cannot update your driver by downloading the updated drivers by your own because the iball company is not providing the updated drivers for
their Laptops. So if you want the updated version of Windows without any issue you have to visit your nearest iball service centre.

Now... If you are not able to visit the service centre and want to take it to the previous version of windows then here are the steps :

1 . Go to https://www.iball.co.in/Downloads

After click on this link you will reach on  this page:

2 . Click – select parent category -- >>compbook

3. Click – Select Product -- >> Execelance

    Now you will see this page :

 Here you can find the List of drivers ,but actually there is no drivers available. You can see here 4 Operating systems given and User manuals are also available here. Now go to system information on your laptop and find out which operating system is running in your laptop :

Select the downloading file according to your laptop ,but again in the downloading list two versions of OS files available one is v 1.0.0 and 2.0.0 so you have to verify which version of OS is running,To verify it You can check it on your Laptop box :

If your Laptop is Running Ver 1.0.0 then click on Ver 1.0.0 OS file or if your laptop is running Ver 2.0.0 then click on Ver 2.0.0 OS file.

4 . When you click on any OS system according to your Laptop we will get this download page :

Here you can find two files one is the OS file RAR file  which is about 4.4 GB in size and another one is the update Process pdf file.

5.Now click on Rar file to start download and download the process file

6.Follow the instruction in the process file and complete the installation.
