How to take a screenshot on a computer and laptop

 In this blog, I will show you how to take a screenshot of any display picture on the computer. I will tell you 3 ways to take screenshot in the computer.

Method 1:- The first way to get a screenshot on any computer or laptop is shortcuts keys.

• ·       Step 1= To take a screenshot you have to press the print screen key(which is on top of the keyboard’s right corner)  after the window key and after that automatically it will be save in the computer’s picture option.

Method 2:-If you use window 7, window8 and window10 in your computer, then the second way of taking screenshots on your computer is a “snipping tool”.

• ·       Step 1= Click on the window key and then search for “Snipping tool” and open it software.

• ·       Step 2= after the software is open click on the “new option” which is showing on the screen.

• ·       Step 3=Now select which portion of the computer you want to take a screenshot and the software will show you your screenshot.

• ·       Step 4= Now you can save your screenshot and see this screenshot in the picture option of my computer.

Method 3:-The third way to take a screenshot on a computer is “print screen and paint”. It is a very easy way to take screenshot.

• ·       Step 1=to take screenshot from third method, first you have to long press on the “print screen key” so that it copies your computer screen.

• ·       Step 2= Now you have to open MS Paint in your computer and then press Ctrl + v.

• ·       Step 3= after pressing Ctrl +v, you will see your screen shot and then you can save it and use.

It these 3 ways, you can take a screenshot and can even use them by attaching it to a file.
