HOW TO FAST SLOW LAPTOP OR COMPUTER
New laptops have become much
better than older windows laptops. The new laptops are not only slim, stylish,
light and powerful, but are capable of doing.
But if laptops outdated, then
often people complain about its slowness, though there are some ways that old
laptops can be made fast even.
Let’s start……I am telling you some steps that can help you to
fasten your laptop.
·
Step 1= keep “c drive” empty:-If
you take a branded computer then it has only “c drive”.
But in terms of security many people make a partition in the drive. “C drive” contains windows operating system and data in D,
E and F drive. Partitioning of Drive is good because your software will be
saved if there is some problem with the software. However, the more efficient
the laptop the c drives empty. It will be fast on and the performance will also
be smoother.
·
Step 2= Delete temporary files:-Temporary files are created while working on a
laptop. Some of those are destroyed after closing the document but some laptops
are stored inside. These files are stored in the c drive of the laptop, which
makes the laptop slow down. That’s why finding and destroying its will be much
better. To delete temporary files, the first go to the run command
and write %temp%, then temps files will arrive. Deleting
them.
· Step 3= clean the disk:-It would be better to keep the remaining discs in
addition to the c drive of your laptop. For this, by going into the run command
of the laptop or pressing the window start button + R
together with the keyboard, the run command will come. After run command open,
write “cleanmgr.exe” and press the enter key then
disk will be cleaned.
· Step 4= Startup app close:-These are the several apps that are started on the go
as soon as the laptop starts. These are called startup apps. This application
slows down the startup of the laptop. You may have also noticed that the back
apps are also running after the laptop has started. In such way, disable these
non-working apps. For this, first go to the run command
of window pc and then type “msconfig”. Now, when
system configuration is open, you have to click service and unmarked
applications that are not used. This will make you notice a
difference.
·
Step 5= Keep OS and
apps update:-There
is an update from the windows operating system from time to time. You try to
keep windows operating system always update. Although many people stop system
updates to fasten the pc, but it is damaged. Your safety is in danger. Apart
from this, also update the software that is in the laptop.
·
Step 6= Antivirus:-Everyday
work is done only by the internet and you know that the use of the internet
only causes viruses to come. In such a way, you must use antivirus in your
laptop. Although many free antivirus software is found, but it does not protect
the laptop completely, then paid antivirus is much better then.
·
Step 7= Extra RAM:-RAM
has a huge hand in increasing the speed of the laptop. During the software run,
RAM is used only. Try it so that your laptop has more RAM. Given today’s
utility, it is important to have at least 8 GB. If you
work with designing or video editing, then use more RAM than this. Many laptops
have the ability to expand RAM.
·
Step 8= Laptop should restart:-Many
people keep their laptops on hibernate for months. It is fine for a few days
but when on a hibernate for a month, it makes a difference to the performance.
So try to restart your laptop completely by shutdown in a few days. If any
software ever fades or the laptop hangs, then you can restart it and correct
the performance. If you do not restart, then it will keep you going a bit
nervous.
You can improve the performance
of your laptop by following these steps.
